Leftover foods:

Our company policy has always been that any foods you have purchased are yours to keep!    We do provide styrofoam containers for you to package your remaining foods.   We ask that you please package the food items that you would like to keep prior to our delivery driver returning to pick up our equipment.  Once our staff leaves your event/delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure proper food temperatures, storage and handling.

Payment:

Corporate and business accounts are available with ten day terms. 

We also accept all major credit cards.

A $25.00 charge will occur on all checks returned by your bank.

Late fee may occur for invoices past the ten day terms.

Deposit:

A deposit may be required.   The amount varies depending on event.  Please call for information.

Gratuity:

Is always left at your discretion and always appreciated by our staff

Sales tax:

Unless your group is tax exempt, Michigan 6% sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Cancellation Fee:

Cancellation fees vary from event to event.   The cancellation fee will be based on amount of time before the event that cancellation occurred, the food items purchased and/or prepared, and the size of your event.

Hours of operation:

We cater seven days a week and around the clock.   Third shift catering may require a larger minimum number of guests.

Our event planner is available to assist you with your events on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

We are closed for all major holidays.

Pricing:

We now offer menus for groups as low as ten (10) guests!!  Generally, there are two price categories, one for groups of 10-24 guests and another for groups of 25 or more guests.

Delivery Charges:

Free local delivery!!!

We define local as within 10 miles of our location.

Any location over 10 miles from our location will be charged 2.00 per mile over the complimentary ten.

Minimum of 50.00 order for Weekday delivery

and

Minimum of 100.00 for evening and weekend delivery

Orders not meeting minimum may be subject to additional delivery charges.  Please call for a quote.

Ordering is easy!   You can email your order to ALCatering@aol.com, call us at (616) 452-1403 or fax us at (616) 452-8966.  If you wish to email an order, fax an order or leave an order on our voicemail, we ask that you remember that although modern technology is grand, there still is room for some errors.   We will confirm all orders that are submitted in this form.   If you do not get confirmation from us, please call us to inquire.

Please order a MINIMUM of 48 hours or two business days in advance for corporate luncheon orders  For those unexpected times when you need to place an order in less than 48 hours, please see our web tab titled "Oh No!  I forgot to order Lunch" for our new weekday luncheon service!

Service Staff:

Service staff is required on some menus.   For menus which do not include service staff,  we can still provide staff for an additional charge.
