What is a "Chef Tray"?

  It is a self contained, black plastic container with a clear lid for easy viewing and selection for your guests.  The sturdiness of these trays assists guests who may not be seated at a table and have to dine from their laps.  Perfect for bus trips!!!   The sandwich / entree content of the luncheon is clearly marked on the top of the lid.  After you try these,  you will understand why these delicious and simple to serve luncheons have made our company popular!
